Doner Almani was founded by a team who grew up on real German doner — thin-carved meat, char-grilled to order, wrapped fresh. Moving to the UAE, we noticed something missing: doner that actually tasted like it did back home.
So we built our own kitchen, imported our own spice blend from Germany, and set one rule that hasn’t changed since day one — if it’s not fresh enough for our own family, it doesn’t leave the kitchen.
